One workout,
start to finish.

Log a set in two taps

Your last weights sit next to every set. Tap once to copy them, once to tick. The rest timer starts on its own and counts down on your Lock Screen, so your phone can stay in your pocket.

    Never guess the form

876 exercises, most with an animated coach that shows each phase and cue, the rest with photos. Guided mode reads out your next set and times your planks for you.

    Runs count too

Track outdoor runs with GPS, pace and splits, or treadmill runs from your steps. Every kilometre adds to the same level, streak and hero as your lifting.

    See what you earned

Finish and see exactly what you earned: XP for every set, new records, missions and season levels. Every workout moves your hero a little closer to the next belt.

    Keep the streak

Set a weekly goal and Repbelt plans your rest days. Train three times a week and the other four days are free: the streak only breaks if you miss a training day. A Streak Freeze covers a day you miss.

    A new race every Monday.

Teams of up to five race in a weekly league. Optional and free: Repbelt works fully without an account.

    1. MondayThe race starts

A new weekly race begins for your team and everyone in your division.

    2. All weekEvery session counts

Workouts and runs add XP. Your team’s score is the average XP per member, so a small team can beat a big one, and you see “12 XP to pass Alex”.

    3. End of the weekMove up

The top five teams in each division move up, and the top three friends win Sparks.

    4. Next MondayThe recap

A Monday recap tells you how last week ended, and the next race begins.

    Seasons

    Twenty levels
    a month.

Every workout and run gives season XP, 100 per level. Rewards you don’t collect by the end of the month are gone, and a new season starts.
